Is there a charge to reactivate an account?

If you are reactivating to a paid account, you may be charged a partial month’s service fee to cover the period from the day you change your Advantage Plan until your next billing date. The prorated amount you will be charged will be included in the reactivation email sent to your primary Username shortly after you choose a plan.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept several methods of payment, including credit cards, debit cards and checking accounts. Refer to Payment methods available for more information.

Will I get my old Address Book back?

As much as we’d like to, we can’t hold onto it forever. You can get your Address Book back only if you reactivate your account within 90 days of deactivating it.
