How Can I Cancel My Account?

We're sorry to see you leave. We will cancel your account within a reasonable time upon receipt of the notification of termination.  You will be billed for service through the end of the current billing month, and no refund of such charges will be made.

If you request to cancel your account within the last 72 hours of your billing month, you may be inadvertently charged an additional monthly fee for the next billing month.  If you feel you have been inadvertently billed or wish to handle termination of your account by telephone, you may call Customer Service at 1-888-855-0942 for assistance.
